All orders will be processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).  

Payment Methods

Earth & Gray Enterprise currently supports the following payment methods:

• via Senang Pay (for all local FPX online banking, Domestic/International Credit Card, Boost, TnG eWallet & Grab Pay)

• Bank Transfer/Deposit for for all local cash bank-in via cash deposit machine or bank counter only. Our account number will be displayed once you have completed placing your order or kindly please refer below for bank account information.

Payment to us should be made within 72 hours after online order is made. Late pending payment beyond the stipulated time frame shall be deemed as cancelled order.

Kindly provide your payment proof (print-screen for online payments/snap a picture of your bank-in slip if using Cash Deposit Machine) and email it to [email protected] with the title of 'Payment Proof for Order No: ___ ' or upload the bank in slip/receipt onto your order details by log in into your account at website www.earthgray.com. We will email you the payment confirmation within 1-2 working days.

For any additional amount of money being banked in, we will place and send the cash together with your parcel (we advise no more than RM10 of extra money paid).
